Manage clients, invoices and payments

Reuse client details, share invoices and keep payment records accurate.

Reuse saved client details

Save names, email addresses and addresses in Clients, then select the client in the invoice editor. Before issuing an invoice, check the recipient shown in its preview.

Existing invoices keep their saved client and business details. Changing a client record is not a substitute for checking an invoice that was already saved.

Share an invoice link

  1. Open an invoice from Invoices.
  2. Use its sharing control to enable or copy the invoice link.
  3. Send the link to the intended client. They can open the shared invoice in their browser.

Anyone with an active invoice link can view that invoice. Share it only with the intended recipient. Disabling sharing stops that link from displaying the invoice; sending it again may re-enable sharing.

Print or save a PDF

Open the invoice and use Print / save PDF. Choose a printer, or choose your browser or operating system’s PDF destination. In the desktop app, the app options also include invoice PDF saving.

Record money you received elsewhere

When the client pays through your own bank or payment provider, record the payment against the correct invoice. A partial payment reduces the outstanding balance; a fully paid invoice no longer needs payment reminders.

Recording a payment in Invoqly does not charge the client or move money. Check the amount, currency and date before saving. If a record is wrong, use the available correction/reversal flow and record the correct payment; the history is retained.

Keep currencies separate

Choose the appropriate supported currency for each invoice. Reports show currency totals separately; they do not convert different currencies into one combined exchange-rate total.
