Refund Policy
How refunds, cancellation and billing questions are handled for Invoqly subscriptions.
Effective 25 October 20261. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to paid Invoqly subscriptions and prepaid API credits purchased through https://invoqly.top/. Free accounts have no subscription payment to refund. Refunds relate to fees paid for Invoqly itself, not payments between you and your clients.
2. Our 14-day refund window
For a paid Invoqly subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date. This window covers the initial purchase and renewal payments, including yearly subscriptions. You do not need to stop using the product or meet a usage threshold to make a request within this window.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@invoqly.top with the email address used for your purchase, the payment date and your receipt or transaction reference. You may include a reason, but it is not required for a request within the 14-day window. Do not send your password, verification codes, full card number or identity documents. We will review the request and confirm the next steps by email.
4. Payments processed by PayPal or Paddle
For PayPal purchases, contact hello@invoqly.top with your transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal to the original payment method where supported. If your purchase receipt identifies Paddle as the seller or merchant of record, Paddle handles the payment and refund transaction. You may also contact Paddle through paddle.net or the support link in your receipt. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to that transaction. Invoqly will assist with eligible refund requests; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
5. Processing and payment method
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where supported. The payment provider and your bank determine when it appears on your statement. We will confirm when the refund has been submitted, but cannot promise an exact bank settlement date. If you cannot locate a confirmed refund, contact hello@invoqly.top with your transaction reference.
6. Cancellation and access
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Use Plans & usage, PayPal automatic payments, or the management link in your receipt or contact hello@invoqly.top to request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed; it does not automatically refund a previous payment. If a payment is refunded, the corresponding paid-plan access may end and Free-plan capacity may apply. We do not delete existing invoices solely because a subscription is cancelled or refunded.
7. Requests after 14 days and billing errors
After the 14-day window, a refund is not normally provided for unused time, unused capacity or a change of mind. Contact us if you believe a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly or relates to a service we could not provide; we will review the circumstances with the payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
8. Contact
For refund requests and billing questions, email hello@invoqly.top. Our live website is https://invoqly.top/.
9. Enterprise quote changes before payment
AI discussion, requesting approval and approval of a quote do not themselves charge you. If you confirm Make changes on an approved, unpaid quote, its approval is revoked and a revised quote needs fresh approval. This is separate from cancelling an already paid subscription. Do not complete an old PayPal checkout after revocation. If our payment verification detects a completed payment for a revoked quote that has not activated a subscription, it attempts to cancel any active renewal and fully refund the verified payment to its original payment method. If processing is delayed or you see an unexpected charge, email hello@invoqly.top with the transaction reference.
10. Duplicate charges and desktop purchases
When separate pending checkouts result in an unintended second verified subscription payment, we attempt to cancel the duplicate renewal and fully refund the duplicate payment without replacing the first valid subscription. Provider errors or payment states may require manual follow-up. The same 14-day refund window applies to eligible purchases made through the Windows app, website, monthly or yearly billing, and approved Enterprise plans. Installing or updating the Windows app is not a separate subscription charge.
11. Privacy when requesting a refund
Send only your account email, payment date and receipt or transaction reference to hello@invoqly.top. Your adviser transcript is not needed for a normal refund request and is not included in the approval reviewer view. Never email your full card number, password, sign-in code or identity document. Transaction records may be retained where needed for accounting, disputes or legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Client invoices and automated reminders
Invoqly subscription refunds are separate from the invoices its users send to clients. Creating a recurring invoice or sending a reminder does not debit the client or charge a payment method. Invoqly cannot refund or resolve a payment made directly to an issuing business: contact that business and the payment provider used for the transaction. If an invoice balance or reminder is incorrect, ask the business to correct its manual records. A business can disable its invoice email settings without cancelling its Invoqly subscription.
13. Prepaid API credit refunds
For purchased API credits, contact hello@invoqly.top within 14 calendar days of payment to request a refund of the unused purchased portion, at the purchase rate. Consumed purchased credits are normally not refundable unless the charge was incorrect, the service failed, or mandatory rights require otherwise. Included subscription credits and free test credits have no separate cash refund value. API top-ups are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. After 14 days, contact us about duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized or undelivered purchases; mandatory refund and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
14. Credit adjustments after refunds
Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method where supported. Refunds, reversals or chargebacks remove associated purchased credits. A refund does not refund the same purchase twice, cancel an unrelated subscription, or delete existing client/invoice records. If refunded credits were already consumed, API access may pause until the resulting credit deficit is resolved with support or a new top-up. A successful idempotent write retry and a failed API request do not consume another credit. Send your account email and payment reference for support; never send API keys or card details.
